Bethesda-Chevy Chase Rescue Squad (BCCRS) Life Member Fred Burton returns to the Squad to discuss his new book Beirut Rules. Burton has been a member of the rescue squad since 1975, as discussed in his first book Ghost. The rescue squad makes an appearance in his second book Chasing Shadows, a story about the murder of an Israeli diplomat.
